The challenge

Claude and Pierre Lebrun take over the games and toys store, founded in 1992 and now a veritable institution. They decided to change their cash register system, opting for management software that meets the specific needs of the store and the gaming sector (loyalty, customer data, purchase history). Les Z'Arsouilles

The challenge

For the past 10 years, Les z'arsouilles has been offering a 250m² play area in Theux, dedicated to learning and reading for children aged 0 to 14. The managers wanted to launch an e-shop grouping together the store's categories and its entire stock (+10,000 items). Their main fear? The time investment involved in opening an e-shop with such a catalog.

The BeeHive solution:

We know that encoding items is a time-consuming process. To avoid double encoding, NetBee has created a module that synchronizes products on both channels. The advantages are numerous:

  • Order centralization: e-shop orders are processed directly in BeeHive

Le P'Tit Poucet, located in Soignies, is a toys and games store for children aged 0 to 14. An institution that's been around for almost 25 years! Its manager, Antoine Calicis, used another management software for a long time. There were several reasons why he decided to change, but what he really wanted was to be able to work remotely!

Our teams are always looking to develop the best integration, while limiting the cost of your IT infrastructures.

Installation is very quick. Our teams always take the time to visit your business to train and support you during your first use.

BeeHive software can be purchased or rented in two ways. Buying allows you to pay a one-off cost and own your platform, while renting divides the price into monthly installments.

We offer Starter or Basic rates, depending on the maturity of your store or e-shop. Take advantage of BeeHive from €98.50 per month to rent, and up to €5,500 to buy. Contact us to find out more about our features and other terms of use.

Good news: this feature is included in BeeHive! You don’t need to subscribe to another service, which saves you money and centralizes your data.

Define your loyalty rules and apply them from day one. It is possible to work with a scan of the customer’s ID card for faster encoding of loyalty profiles.
