NET BEE respects your privacy and ensures that any personal information you send us remains confidential. In this privacy statement, you can read what data we collect if you use our services and/or products, the purposes for which we collect this data and how we use it. We also explain your rights, who has access to your data and how long we keep it. Processing purposes and retention period
NET BEE collects and processes data about you for the purposes described below. In this respect, we use both the data you provide us with and the data we collect ourselves (e.g. concerning your visit to our website). We retain personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes in question or for the period prescribed by law (for example, the obligation to retain accounting documents).
Performance of the service contract
To process your order, we need your surname, first name, e-mail address, address, payment details, telephone number and VAT number. This will enable us to provide our services. We are legally obliged to keep your order data for seven years.
Newsletters
You can subscribe to our monthly newsletter. It informs you about our special offers and actions, as well as our latest news. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time via info@netbee.be
Account
If you If you wish, you can create a personal account for which you will need to enter a username and password. This means you don’t have to enter your data every time you place a new order. In your account, we store your last name, first name, e-mail address, address, payment details, VAT number, telephone number, date of birth (if given), order history, wish lists and e-mail preferences. We store this personal data on a secure server. You may request the deletion of your account information at any time. In any case, we will delete your data if you have not logged in for seven years.
Improving our services and website
To improve our services and our website, we may use your e-mail address to ask you if you would like to take part in a satisfaction survey or a market study. When we use other parties, they are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data. The length of time we keep your personal data varies depending on the survey. As soon as the investigation is complete, we delete all personally identifiable data.
Social networking
If you use social networks (Facebook…), you can connect to certain pages of our website with your account and share these pages (for example via a “like” or “share” button). We do not have access to your social network account. We advise you to carefully read the privacy policies of social networking platforms to find out what personal data is used, how and for what purposes it is used, and how you can adapt your privacy preferences.
Customers and business partners
We also store personal data on the contact person of our customers and business partners. We treat this data as confidentially as all other customer data.
Legal grounds for processing
NET BEE processes personal data on the following legal grounds:
– consent (e.g. sending newsletters and invitations)
– necessary for the performance of a contract (fulfilling your order…)
– necessary to meet a legal obligation
– necessary to defend our legitimate business interests
Where personal data is processed on the legal basis of consent, you always have the right to withdraw your consent.
Transmission to third parties
NET BEE does not sell your personal data to third parties. We share your data internally with our employees and freelancers. In addition, we only share your data with third parties in order to :

– setting up the IT infrastructure ;
Our employees and any third parties we use are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your personal data. We guarantee that they have taken the necessary protective measures.
Cookies

Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.
– Tracking cookies via Facebook, in order to measure how you interact on our website and to be able to offer you relevant content, but also to get an overview of traffic on the website, to understand the origin of this traffic and the pages visited. This means that Facebook and Instagram act as subcontractors. The information collected by Facebook is generated as anonymously as possible. For example, it is not possible to identify the people who visit the site.
Your rights concerning your personal data
You have the right to consult the personal data we hold on you and you can rectify them (or have them rectified) if they are inaccurate or incomplete. You also have the right to have your personal data deleted, to restrict its processing and to object to the processing of (part of) your personal data by us or by one of our subcontractors.
You also have the right to request a copy (in a structured, common and machine-readable form) of your personal data and to have it sent to another party.
You have the right to object free of charge to any processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes.

To avoid misuse, we ask you to also send us a copy of your identity card (possibly with a photo ID made invisible).
